Secondly, it helps to forecast our local market's trend by tracking the number of 'real buyers', ( i.e. buyers currently 'under contract' ) which corresponds to the number of homes that will be sold in the near future. Numbers and statistics included in this analysis were obtained from RE Infolink, our multiple listing service.
My personal office is located in Carmel at the northwest corner of Ocean Avenue at Dolores, in our Historic Wilson Building ~Winner ~ Spirit of Carmel Award, 2006 ~ Carmel Historical Society.
The Wilson Building became a gathering place for locals; as it was home to Carmel's first City Hall and Building Department.
