My personal office is located in Carmel at the northwest corner of Ocean Avenue at Dolores, in our Historic Wilson Building ~Winner ~ Spirit of Carmel Award, 2006 ~ Carmel Historical Society.

The Wilson Building became a gathering place for locals; as it was home to Carmel's first City Hall and Building Department.

Alain Pinel Realtors maintains, the tradition of providing real estate service to the community from this historic location since 1920.

Subsequently, we have successfully overseen a major preservation renovation of this marvelous historic building.
